No, Rock Never Dies is exclusively at Hard Rock Cafe in Times Square, New York City. American Immersion Theater, the producers of the show, also runs Speakeasy, Die Softly and The Grandest Princess Ball Ever! in New York City, in addition to 20+ immersive experience locations across the continental United States.
What time should I arrive at Rock Never Dies?
Please arrive 30 minutes before the show begins to check in, get comfortable, and grab a drink.
Is there a dress code?
No, but many like to dress as their favorite musician to fit the theme.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, Hard Rock Cafe is wheelchair accessible, and the performance space can be accessed via elevator. Feel free to contact our Box Office if you have any questions about accessibility.
Is there parking onsite or nearby?
Unfortunately, there is extremely limited parking available in Times Square. We strongly recommend taking the subway to the Times Square-42nd St station. Guests also use taxis, Uber, Lyft, or walk to attend the show.
Is there a coat room?
No, but small bags and coats are welcome inside the performance area.
Is there a bar?
Absolutely! Servers will be available to take your order once you are seated.
Can I buy merchandise?
Yes, Rock Never Dies merchandise is available for purchase at Hard Rock Cafe.
Do you have a lost and found?
Yes, we recommend contacting Hard Rock or our Box Office after the event if you’ve left something behind.
Do you have wifi?
Yes, Hard Rock offers wifi for guests, but we doubt you’ll need it. Our shows are well known for being so engaging that you’ll forget all about wifi.
Is the restaurant air-conditioned?
Yes, the entire restaurant is air-conditioned for your comfort.
What food is being served during the performance?
A three-course American-style meal is served, featuring a menu that can only be found at Rock Never Dies. Menus with alternative options and dietary accommodations are available upon request.
At each show, guests will receive a Blueberry Basil Green Salad with Vinaigrette as a starter. Guests have a choice of a Petit Grilled Sirloin and Grilled Shrimp, Seared Brown Butter Chicken and Salmon, or Penne Pasta Primavera. For dessert, guests will receive a housemade Cheesecake with fresh berries and whipped cream.
Can I buy a ticket for the show without dinner?
Unfortunately, no. Our tickets include both the show and the meal as part of the immersive experience.
